Integrated company policy for Quality, Safety and the Environment 

The objective of this document is to detail the policy objectives for quality, safety and the environment that all company personnel are expected to pursue at all times. Through this document the organization expresses its commitment to develop a Quality management system that is integrated with the requirements of health and safety in the workplace and of the environment and is aimed at the continuous improvement of its effectiveness, reminding all employees and consultants of the importance of achieving both customer satisfaction as well as increased respect for the environment and for health and safety in the workplace.

ECSA operates in three activity sectors: Raw Materials, Maintenance Systems and Energy (distribution of petroleum derived products). ECSA has a wide and varied customer base that ranges from industry and the arts and crafts, to bulk purchases and private individuals.

In addition to the timely distribution of quality products, ECSA offers customer support in all phases of the product life cycle. The consulting service starts with the selection of the right product, and continues with advice on the correct way of using and storing the product, and ends with the service of collection and disposal of used products in full compliance with regulations relating to safety and protection of the environment.

As ECSA has been certified to ISO 9001:2008 standard and having implemented a system for the management of safety and the environment it can operate as:
